Hi! I'm Rachel. I joined Focused Labs's People Team as a People Operations Manager in 2021. I came to Focused from JLL where I supported VMware's Workplace Team as an Assistant Facilities Manager. Throughout all of my career, my focus has been on supporting people! I have a passion for humans, and when it comes to my work, I strive to provide a welcoming environment and a positive working experience for my colleagues. I'm a big fan of organization of all things; creating processes; and building a work culture that the team is excited to be a part of. Outside of the home office, you can find me hiking/camping in the mountains, working on a house project, or doing crafts while snuggling my pets.
