Instead of purchasing equipment from Focused Labs or the company selling the old machines for profit, we offer employees the opportunity to donate $250 to a charity of their choice, and they get to keep their machines for personal use. Since Focused Labs refreshes computers every three years, these machines are still in great condition. So, not only do our employees get a gently used machine to keep, but they also get a newer, fresher machine to complete their work. It's a win-win! Oh, and guess what? We match their donation, too! This way, our employees get a valuable tool, and we all get to make a difference.
