Kaylynn joined Focused Labs as Software Engineer from Northrup Grumman, where she forged three collaborative, high-performing teams that routinely delivered new services and capabilities exercising Scrum Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipeline management processes. Her work is driven by a deep passion for empathy, quick learning cycles, and feedback loops. She loves asking questions, both to learn and to drive innovation. Kaylynn was part of the Focused Labs PODS project and recently moved to a DoorDash - White Label Mobile App special project.
